Sunday mornings with our son Elyas, collecting seashells on a quiet Vale do Lobo beach. His laughter, my feet sinking into the wet sand — that’s meditation without trying.
In the evenings, I watch Marlot-Anna riding her horse, powerful and calm. The smell of hay, the golden light, her focus — she becomes one with nature. That’s balance in its purest form.
And sometimes, I crave the city’s heartbeat. Lisbon by night — a rooftop or cocktail Bar Rocco, where you meet the most interesting strangers.
The music, the lights, the vibe. It reminds me that mindful living also means saying yes to life, to freedom, to connection.
Then, as the sun sets over the Algarve, I sit still. Just me, the ocean, and a sky on fire. That’s when I know — this is what life’s about…
