Aqua Portimão Invests €4 Million in Transforming into an Ultramodern Food Hall
In 2024, Aqua Portimão is set to undergo an impressive transformation with a €4 million investment in a state-of-the-art Food Hall. This development will establish Aqua Portimão as the ultimate culinary destination on the Algarve coast, offering an ideal spot for social gatherings.
Renowned architectural firm Broadway Malyan, with accolades both domestically and internationally, is crafting the fully covered Food Hall, boasting a remarkable 35 gastronomic spaces.
A standout feature of this investment is the innovative roof design, ensuring natural ventilation for year-round thermal comfort.
The new Food Hall will encompass over 420 square meters and will offer various atmospheres, each with its unique colors and green accents. Expect playful corners and a stage for live performances.
Pedro Paixão, Deputy Head of Leasing at Klépierre, emphasizes the eco-friendly aspects of this project, with a focus on natural climate control and energy efficiency.
