The atmosphere at Bottle, Food & Wine is akin to a cozy Dutch bistro, with a modern and hip vibe yet very snug and welcoming. The Cuban music in the background adds a nice touch. The crowd is a lively mix of locals, expats, and tourists, creating a convivial and diverse ambiance where everyone feels at home.
The menu offers a range of delicious dishes, from tasty tapas such as garlic mushrooms with bread (€6.80), sweet pepper (€7.10), to Gyazas with spicy mayo (€9.10).
For main courses, there's something for everyone. The chef is visibly hard at work in the semi-open kitchen, and the service, like our friendly Brazilian host Diogo, is extremely attentive and welcoming.
For vegetarians and vegans, there is also an extensive selection, such as a delightful meal salad with fried seitan or a flavorful curry with vegetables and seitan (€17.30).
Additionally, the restaurant offers a beautiful vegan wine, the Opta Reserva from the Dao region, for only €19, a very reasonable price for such an award-winning wine!
Bottle, Food & Wine is a fantastic find, just 2 minutes from the main shopping street. It offers a tasty selection of Iberian food and excellent service. Everything about this restaurant is top-notch: the staff is wonderful, the food is amazing, and they have a great selection of wines. It's a charming restaurant that you must visit during your stay in Faro! 🍷🍴😊
