One Shot Hotels Palacio Cedofeita in Porto is a new gem in the heart of the city. It just opened a month ago, and everything is fresh from a thorough renovation and new construction. The hotel consists of three buildings and offers a great perk - free parking in the adjacent garage, a rare find in the city center.
The rooms, though narrow, are well-designed and quiet. They come with modern amenities like a keycard-operated safe, minibar, and efficient air conditioning. The only downsides are the limited coffee supply and a bed with a footboard that can be a bit inconvenient.
Every room has a balcony overlooking the newly landscaped garden. While the restaurant is not yet open, the sauna, fitness center, and pool are ready for guests to enjoy. The highlight is the healthy breakfast with plenty of fruit, vegetables, and hummus – a refreshing change from standard hotel buffets. Gluten-free options are also available.
One Shot Hotels Palacio Cedofeita is a highly recommended hotel, offering a perfect concept. Plus, at the current introductory rate of 150 euros, including breakfast, it's a fantastic deal for a Porto getaway.
While the seagulls may remind you that Porto is by the sea, the true essence of this historic city shines through, even if the maritime feel is somewhat lacking. Enjoy your stay!
