Sen Tonkin Vietnamese Cuisine near Portimao is a true hidden gem that brings a taste of Vietnam to the Algarve. Located in charming Ferragudo, just a short 7-minute drive from Portimao and 45 minutes from our home in Almancil, this restaurant is well worth the journey.
Having a deep love for Asian cuisine from our previous life in Holland, we were delighted to discover Sen Tonkin.
The food here is simply exceptional, earning a solid 5-star rating from us. Every dish is bursting with freshness and flavor, reminiscent of our cherished travels around the world.
The attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff make dining here a pleasure. They even have a special play area for kids, making it a great family-friendly spot.
With an extensive menu that includes three vegan options, such as the delectable stir-fried mixed vegetables with tofu and fried tofu with lemongrass, Sen Tokin caters to a variety of tastes.
The portions are generous, it's unquestionably worth the price for the quality and taste you receive.
We've already planned our return, with Marlot eager to make it a weekly tradition! Don't miss out on this fantastic restaurant – it comes highly recommended.
P.S. The food was so good that we couldn't resist ordering the same menu to take away for tomorrow's lunch. Yum!
