From Restaurant Bar Akvavit you have a view of the harbor and all the people walking by. It's at the end of the Strip/harbor, so a lot less crowded from the start. When you have resisted all the props, you come to Akvavit. It is a nice spot!
Akvavit has a luxurious appearance with beautiful linen covered tables and beautiful furniture. It has a beautiful terrace on the harbor and a cozy little bar for aperitif, the Captain's Bar. The staff are very welcoming.
Many restaurants often change owners, but this is a family business of father and son. It is open all day from 10 am - 11 pm, 7 days a week. The place to be for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner in Vilamoura.
For dinner Akvavit has a varied menu with fish and meat. Also delicious vegetarian dishes such as ravioli filled with mushrooms with a fantastic tomato sauce! For vegans there is a vegetable dish with tofu.
