To start our culinary adventure, we opted for the Alves Vieira, a top-quality red wine from the Alentejano region. Surprisingly, it's priced at just 27 euros per bottle, making it a pleasant surprise.
The Cilantro Hilton offers a variety of menus to cater to different preferences. They also have a commendable selection of vegetarian and vegan options, including Dumplings with aubergine (23 euros), Curry with seitan (19.50 euros), and Mushroom risotto (19.50 euros).
Hilton doesn't forget the dessert lovers, offering eight options, of which three delightful vegan options: Brownie with banana and peanut butter (8 euros), a fresh fruit platter with vegan sorbet ice cream (7 euros), and chocolate with coconut (7.50 euros).
